Sydney

I adopted Sydney as a 3 year old in 2008 – she was a confident, energetic, sweet, friendly, talker, and hard working red-tri australian shepherd. She just needed a job(s) to keep busy! She joined her aussie brother Bowie on road trips, camping, hiking, swimming, taking fun dog classes like truffling hunting and tricks, nosework practice and competing in nosework trials, but also just keeping me company. She was a sweet dog who was great with other dogs and really liked greeting people: as she got older a good back rub and face rub on your pants was what she wanted. After Bowie passed she got a younger brother and did a good job showing him the ropes of how things were done. She went too soon and too quickly from cancer at age 12 but how lucky for me and her we got to do so much together – lots of great memories.
A donation was made in Sydney's memory and the memorial was created on July 26, 2017.
