Sneasar

Ten years ago Sneasar flew in an airplane from El Paso, TX, to Portland, OR, with his beloved companion cat, Hannibal. Their favorite person had to travel far away for work. In the Willamette Valley the two cats lived an inseparable life until Hannibal went to kitty heaven in September 2018. Sneasar is now resting peacefully with his buddy. If he was here he’d tell you:
In Oregon I was one of the Grandcats. I was treated like royalty for a Texan. Sometimes I ran like thunder down the hall to the food dish. I could hear my people shout, “Here comes the hippo-cat-a-mus!” I was a big, strong, robust fellow. That was the life, lots of love, soft beds, good company and my favorite foods. They will aways fondly refer to Hannibal and I as the Texans. I had a most beautiful coat of stripes all my life. My buddy had white eyeliner and I had black eyeliner, how else could they tell us apart. I was greatly loved, and I lived a fabulous life. I couldn’t imagine a picture of me alone, so I’m sitting for my portrait here with my lifelong friend.
A donation was made in Sneasar's memory and the memorial was created on April 6, 2020.
