Ruby

I adopted Ruby from the Oregon Humane Society in the summer of 2012 when she was 4 years old. She was a sweet girl who adored her people, was protective of me and tolerated her sister, Molly. She liked to take walks but when she had enough, she would plant her back legs and refuse to move. She loved to eat especially treats such as carrots and apples. Ruby had a love-hate relationship with Molly who had a hard time sharing toys. Despite that, they were devoted to each other. Once Ruby broke out of her enclosure at the groomers to join Molly in hers. She was a lovely, gentle soul who will be greatly missed.

A donation was made in Ruby's memory and the memorial was created on December 21, 2021.
