Mylie

Mylie Moose was rescued from an alley in Arizona. An employee of the Maricopa County Animal Shelter fostered her after she was going to be euthanized for being “violent.” In truth, the 1-year old pooch was terrified of the world and only needed a quiet home to reset. When I met Mylie a day later, she bit me. It was love. Soon after, she felt safe with me and we went on a decades-long adventure. Complete with dips in a variety of water sources, 1-arm digging on beaches, an impossibly high number of smooches, bossy belly rubs, many housemates who loved her, road trips, and treats galore. We lost a member of our family on September 25, but we take solace in knowing Mylie could not be loved more.
A donation was made in Mylie's memory and the memorial was created on October 4, 2019.
