Monk

Snow Monkey “Monk” came home with his sister, Lucyfur “Lucy”, in 2012 as 8 week old kittens. Monk had a lot of character. The first thing others would notice is his kinky tail. He didn’t have just one “kink”, he had two. He was an indoor/outdoor cat, but when he was outdoors he would often follow and approach people begging for pets. Monk was very particular about how he would let people pet him, but he loved his pets. It never showed but he loved to eat, and preferred drinking from a faucet! He was very good at frustrating his humans, but he was very well loved. He was our “ten thousand dollar cat” because of the vet visits from all of the mischief he got himself into. He was adventurous and went on many neighborhood excursions. Monk made very good use of his 9 lives! We miss him so much.

A donation was made in Monk's memory and the memorial was created on February 21, 2022.
