Molly

In 2007 I met my wife. After just a few short days of dating she couldn’t believe I never had a dog. For weeks she searched rescues and shelters for one for me. But Sarah then found Molly at a local shelter in Texas. She had been found living on the street pregnant with 9 puppies. She was the only one of her family left. Sarah immediately picked her up and brought her to see me at work on my evening shift.
Molly was tough. She hunted, could catch birds out of midair, out run rabbits and squirrels. She could jump 4 feet off the ground and climb fences 6 feet tall. She was a determined dog full of life.
Molly moved to 8 houses with us and crossed the country. When we adopted Oliver she protected him as if he was hers. They were best friends.
Molly now 15-16 years old fought through kidney disease, bone cancer and deafness. Out living all the odds against her.
We made the toughest decision of our lives today, but the right one.
We love you Molly
A donation was made in Molly's memory and the memorial was created on March 19, 2019.
