Mew

Mewmee aka Jeff aka Puddle picked me at the shelter when I was just 11 years old. We lived in a big house with many animals but when we got our first apartment in college she came with us, reluctantly. We have not been apart since. She loves twinkies, corn on the cob and anything you have on your plate if you sit next to her. She was always sweet, never malicious; her only desires were love and food and she never wanted for either. She traveled across 3000 miles with us in a van from Florida to Portland like a champ. When we found out she had renal disease we did everything we could to manage it, even giving her subcutaneous fluid every 3-4 days, which with enough food for reward, she took it like a champ. She was a snuggler, loved napping in the sun and making goofy faces. We had to say good bye September 8th, 2017 and we will never be the same. We miss her desperately every day, and 22 years will never seem like enough time, but she will not be forgotten. Thank you to Northwest Neighborhood Vet for your years of care of my Puddle and this page.
A donation was made in Mew's memory and the memorial was created on September 30, 2017.
