Laika Wysh-Low

Laika was adopted from the Family Dogs New Life shelter in the spring of 2011. She was about six months old, 35 lbs, all paws and white hair except for her brindle ears and spot that covered her right eye, with a heart shaped black nose. Her paperwork said she was Pit Bull, Great Dane and Shar Pei, but as she got older it seemed more like Pit Bull and Labrador, with a Great Dane grandma cause she had legs for days. She loved car rides, rivers, beaches, and forests. She once swallowed two rocks and needed to get them surgically removed. She once cracked a tooth, most likely on a rock, and needed to get it surgically removed. She was once followed by a little boy for over a block so he could give her a hug. She lived like she loved, fully, fast and headfirst. Love you forever, Laika.
A donation was made in Laika Wysh-Low's memory and the memorial was created on July 23, 2019.
