Esther

Esther was a very special little rescue kitty. I was blessed enough to have had her with me for 4 years. She was not expected to live. She was abandoned and starving. She had a large heavy scar all the way around her neck. She had been declawed, but had left her with deformed front paws.
This tiny little one had been through some bad years. When I took her home, I was amazed at the sweet gentle nature she had.
A polite little lady she was. All she ever asked from me was to be loved. Because of the scar around he neck, her meow was so deep and raspy. She did like to talk, so we had great conversations.
I know her last years were happy ones. I never knew her age, but she was struck with liver failure very suddenly, and within a few days, the outcome was evident.
I miss my little lady, Esther very much, and would do it all over again, without hesitation.
Dr. Clark at Redmond Vetrinary Clinic took such care when we had to euthanize her. It was peaceful, calm and painless for her. I took her home and buried her. Good bye, sweet girl, I miss you.
A donation was made in Esther's memory and the memorial was created on April 10, 2017.
