Coco was adopted from a place called Hard Luck Hounds. Her life was hard. She was a puppy mill mother who had all of her babies ripped away from her too soon. Once she wasn’t profitable they were going to euthanize her. Luckily some lovely person rescued her. She spent the rest of her remaining days with us, as a part of the family. We celebrated the day she spent more of her life with us than at the puppy mill being abused. Even though she had a miserable start to her life, she was the sweetest soul I’ve ever met.
I’ll miss Cocoa’s random wet kisses she’d give me on the back of the leg that would startle me. I’ll miss how excited she got when I’d scratch by her tail. I’ll miss how she’d love to sneak a bunch of kisses in when I gave her love. I’ll miss how good of a family dog she was and how sweet she was with the girls. But most of all, I just miss her presence ? I’m so grateful to have had her in my life. I know she is enjoying her time now with her brother Hex.
A donation was made in Cocoa Puff's memory and the memorial was created on December 26, 2019.
