Binx

Binx came to us one day when we left a bag of jerky on the counter. He took one bite and never looked back. He spent 17 years letting us know who loved him but who was boss! He had lots of health problems, but he never “let on.” He loved to jump. He loved when the dragonflies arrived in town. And he loved long laps for cuddling. He could be found in the bright spot of sunshine in any room. But he slept very well under the bed. He had his friends. But he also had rivals. Criminal, you know we’re talking about you!
He had a pretty darn good life. We have a plaque on the wall: “Books and Cats, Life is Good!” We took him for walks. Although he never truly liked the collar (Neighborhood rules) he would perk up when we’d say, “Let’s go for a walk!” He walked and we stood. But we’ll miss him forever, It’s only been a couple of weeks, but we still look for the things that were part of the daily routine with Binx.
Binx is now running and jumping so very very high, with no pain.
A donation was made in Binx's memory and the memorial was created on January 25, 2017.
